The role Leveraging advanced clinical expertise, you will play a crucial role in shaping allied health service delivery and workforce initiatives, particularly focusing on the health outcomes of First Nations people. Your leadership and project management skills will be instrumental in leading the allied health component of the Growing Deadly Families Strategy and First 2000 Days initiatives in collaboration with the Office of the Chief First Nations Health Officer and the Office of the Midwifery Officer. You will also be responsible for initiating, developing, implementing, and evaluating state-wide allied health strategies and projects, covering workforce capacity, clinical education, research, digital innovation, and leadership. Your specialist knowledge of First Nations Health workforce issues will guide the development of strategies to enhance cultural capability.
