Full time, continuing appointment 
Professional Employee Level 6 - $84,931 – $90,518 pa
Plus 17% superannuation and 6 weeks annual leave

About the Position
As the Advancement Support and Events Officer, you will support the Community Connections team in implementing the University’s philanthropy, fundraising and alumni programs and managing Community Connection events. This includes supporting relationships with individuals, organisations, students, researchers, events, and programs. The position builds and strengthens relationships with CDU’s community, donors, and alumni. Providing support with external and internal communications, data entry, and record keeping are also key features of the role.  

About You
To be successful, you will require:

  • Demonstrated efficient administrative skills with a superior attention to detail.
  • Experience in working with customer relationship management systems and database systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative to meet challenges, including planning, implementation, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and liaising with people from all levels of management.
  • A clear and confident communication style, which demonstrates integrity.
  • Experience in organising events and protocol management is preferable but not required.

Remuneration 
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Employee Level 6. The base salary will be in the range of $84,931 – $90,518 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $99,369 - $105,906 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
