We have set up many major and minor events all over the Northern Territory ranging from The Royal Darwin Show, The Darwin Cup Carnival, The Italian Festival, to even the small backyard parties with friends and family.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Day to day runnings of the office
Reception duties
Consults and quotations with clients for events
Accounting with XERO
Setting up meetings for the director and managers
Staff recruitment
Sub hiring of equipment and vehicles
Qualifications and experience:
Full manual drivers licence
Minimum 4 years experience as Office Manager
Minimum 4 years experience in the event industry
Minimum 2 years experience with XERO Software
Familiar with Current RMS Software
Fluent in English
