Job Title: Advertising Specialist

Type: Hybrid role working 3 days / week from the office in North Sydney

We are seeking an experienced Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead the planning, development, and organization of advertising policies and campaigns that align with sales objectives and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Advertising Planning:
- Develop, organize, and implement advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives and business goals.
- Advise clients on effective advertising strategies to reach target markets, enhance consumer awareness, and promote the attributes of goods and services.
Campaign Coordination and Management:
- Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, overseeing specialized activities such as audience targeting, creative direction, testing and channel optimisation.
- Ensure campaigns are executed within specified time and budget constraints, maintaining a focus on high-quality deliverables.
Creative Analysis and Testing:
- Analyze and test creatives across search, social, and display media to optimize campaign performance.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine ad copy, visuals, and messaging for enhanced audience engagement and conversion rates.
Data Analysis and Consumer Insight:
- Analyze data related to consumer patterns and preferences, interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends.
- Research potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services, collecting and analyzing statistical information to inform advertising strategies.
Marketing Support:
- Support business growth and development by preparing and executing marketing objectives, policies, and programs.
- Commission and undertake market research to identify opportunities for both new and existing goods and services.
Comprehensive Marketing Advice:
- Provide expert advice on all elements of marketing, including product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising
- Minimum experience of 3 years in developing and implementing successful advertising campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads (search, display and multi-channel campaigns), Meta and Instagram ads, TikTok Ads and Programmatic media.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret consumer data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
- Familiarity with various advertising channels and production processes.
