To ensure Advice related content is managed, updated, and created in a manner that exceeds business stakeholders’ expectations in terms of user experience and timeframes. Part of this role is to ensure content is kept relevant, up to date and follows the governance framework set up as part of the Adviser IQ refresh project.
How you will make an impact
Create, maintain and publish digital content using Adobe Experience Manager;
Monitor and manage priorities via JIRA and adhere to timeframes as per business requirements;
Work with Product Owner to ensure stakeholder needs are met within a content governance framework;
Support content owners and internal teams to deliver key messaging and updates;
Implement and maintain best practice workflows to deliver digital content tasks;
Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements with a risk mindset, following due diligence processes when required; and
Assist with development and testing initiatives as required.
What you will bring to the role
Experience & Qualifications required
2+ years’ relevant professional experience, and industry/tertiary qualifications (or comparable “on the job” experience);
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (CMS) is essential;
Experience in the creation and maintenance of content and assets for digital development is essential;
Experience with analytics software – preferably Adobe Analytics;
Experience with JIRA is highly desirable;
Job Specific Capabilities Required
In addition to your experience and qualifications, you should be able to demonstrate an excellent level of competency in the following:
Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills;
Knowledge of best practice principles and standards for digital content, including understanding of information architecture, UX and UI, page design and content management;
Self-motivated and able to prioritise, plan and juggle competing and changing deadlines;
Proficient in writing, editing and proof-reading content;
Familiarity and appreciation for Human Centred Design / Design Thinking methodology is desirable.
