Biotyspa is a beauty brand based in Sydney NSW, and leader in French Lymphatic Drainage & DIY Body Sculpting. 

We are looking for a dynamic Content Creator & Community Manager to join our Sydney team. In this role, you'll produce engaging video content and manage our presence across major social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. You’ll be also working closely with Content Creator and PR agencies. Perfect for creative thinkers with a love for social media, this position offers the chance to innovate within the beauty industry and interact closely with our community. Stay ahead of trends and use your insight to captivate and grow our audience. 

Tasks & Responsabilities

• Coordination of online profiles on a daily basis including Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok
• Coordination of LinkedIn on a weekly basis
• Maintaining brand look and feel across all channels
• Drive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Implement a UGC strategy for Biotyspa and develop & manage influencer/collaborator programs.
• Copywriting for all marketing tactics including but not limited to paid ads, social media, email, website & all marketing collateral.
• Keep the socials active and engaged with our audience by replying to comments & instant messages both on socials and the website.
• Weekly reporting on social media performances.
• Conduct periodic market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Competitor landscape analysis.
• Work closely with our design team to create visually appealing digital assets.
• Work closely with our PR team to coordinate press, media and influencer strategies.
• Weekly reporting on social media and marketing performances to drive future strategy & content creation and engagement.

About You

• 2+ years experience in a marketing, social media or creative/content role.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
• Fun and energetic with excellent communication skills including copywriting.
• Proficient in content creation, photography, videography, editing tools, marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• High level attention to detail.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
• Be a creative and strategic thinker, think outside the box. We're a unique French Australian beauty brand selling globally.
• Can take satisfaction from achieving an outcome. Enjoys working autonomously and diving into opportunities to make the role their own.
• English native speaker, French notions is a bonus.
• This role is not a typical 9-5 role, you'll need flexibility to work outside standard hours. Must have a can-do attitude and be a quick learner. Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Must be based in Sydney, NSW
