Job description – Advisor Assistant
In this Client Service Representative role, you will sit in the Wealth Management division, working within one of the teams providing support to financial advisors. You will support the team providing exceptional client service and will be liaising with clients ensuring all documentation is correct to ensure smooth processes.
Job responsibilities – Advisor Assistant
As a client service representative, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Support and nurture relationships with clients
- Managing incoming inquiries via email or calls and assist as needed
- Coordinate applications lodgements, withdrawals, and investments
- Maintain ongoing service programme and review workflow for clients
- Manage and coordinate review schedule
- Coordinate client invoicing
- Maintain clients' files, including scanning and filing of documents
- Other administrative tasks and inquiries
Job requirements – Advisor Assistant
- Educated to degree level in a relevant field (E.g. Financial Planning, Business, Economics)
- Desire/interest to pursue a career in financial planning/financial advisory
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable taking calls and speaking with clients over the phone
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive team player
- Problem-solving abilities
- Effective multi-tasking skills
