As the Advisor Skills and Jobs Centre , you will provide a high level of client support within The Gordon Skills and Jobs Centres, including answering general client queries, providing exceptional customer service, conducting career transition interviews, advice on education, training and employment opportunities and pathways, and referral information. The role also requires providing Customer Service relief support as part of a team approach to quality service provision. Relief support is required across all of The Gordons locations.
