Position SummaryTalent Acquisition Advisor - Learning & Teaching
- Permenent, part time (64 hours per fortnight)

About the roleThe purpose of the Learning and Teaching
Talent Acquisition Advisor is to work with Learning and Teaching,
Talent Acquisition, key managers, candidates and other stakeholders to: support bulk intake recruitment initiatives for learner programs; internal Learning and Teaching recruitment of staff and; support long term workforce growth initiatives within the
Learning & teaching portfolio.The
Learning & Teaching Directorate support a large portfolio of work including but not limited to: Student Programs, Transition to Practice Programs (graduate health professionals); refresher programs for health professionals returning to clinical practice, Transition to Specialty Practice and Postgraduate Programs. The programs require significant engagement and liaison with
Talent Acquisition and this role will support, facilitate and manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders and ensure consistency across programs.This role will also provide a supported and strategic guided recruitment service to Directors and Associate Directors
Learning & Teaching with a focus on providing specialist advice on sourcing and attraction strategies to attract qualified talent whilst ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates.
About youEssential:- A tertiary qualification in a Human Resources discipline
- Ability to travel to all Eastern Health sites as and when required in order to fulfil position requirements and meet key stakeholder and business needs (driver licence required).
- Proven recruitment and selection experience, preferably in health
- Demonstrated experience utilising recruitment databases and strategic sourcing and talent pipelining methods
- Excellent time management skills to meet regular and conflicting deadlines
- High level communication, both written and verbal
Desirable- Experience working in public health
- Experience with recruitment with bulk intake recruitment
- Strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft office suite
- Experience in Developing and implementing targeted recruitment campaigns.
