After Sales and Service Representative
Tutt Bryant is one of Australia’s most iconic and enduring construction equipment suppliers. For over 80 years Tutt Bryant Equipment (TBE) has been supporting the diverse needs of many industry groups with sales, service and support. Some of the industry groups include construction, forestry, quarrying & hire industries plus many regional and local council and municipal organisations.
TBE currently has an opportunity for an After SalesService Representative to work within the NSW team.
Based out of our Granville facility the successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day After Sales and Service support for our construction machinery customers.
To achieve success in this role you will be organised, tenacious and hardworking. These attributes will be rewarded with a base salary and lucrative commission structure. A maintained vehicle, mobile phone, and tools of the trade such as a computer will of course be supplied to assist you in your work.
In your After Sales and Service Representative role, you will:
Be a salesperson with a demonstrated record of not only meeting, but exceeding, sales targets, margins, and objectives
Work collaboratively with our Equipment, Service and Spare Parts teams
Create mutually beneficial service solutions for our customers by genuinely understanding what drives their decisions
Have a confident and professional communication style
Be strategically capability to evaluate opportunities and create value
Maintain our CRM system to drive efficient sales activity through disciplined follow-up
Generate leads and sales from your “boots on the ground” approach
Work autonomously as required
Have access to an experienced and supportive technical team.
