Position:Customer Service Representative
Location: Campbelltown
Work Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week
Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm, Saturday 8.45am - 1pm.

Responsibilities:
In your role as a Customer Service Representative, you will be the pivotal touchpoint between our company and our esteemed customers. You will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Promptly addressing inquiries, both over the phone and via email.
- Swiftly processing loan applications with accuracy.
- Offering insightful product knowledge and guidance to clients.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of combined face-to-face and over-the-phone Customer Service experience.
- At least 2 years of Customer Sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An eye for detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- A clean criminal history.
