About the Role:
As the Customer Service Officer, you will be working with an incredible team with a mindset of growing together, with having fun at the heart of what they do. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with customers in relation to orders, deliveries and updates
- Processing orders in their ERP
- Liaising with different departments in relation to customer queries
- Entering and updating customer information into the database

About You:
- Previous Customer Service, Call Centre, Retail or Hospitality experience
- Prior experience with an ERP is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
