We are currently looking for a reliable customer service champion with strong admin skills to join our fast-paced afterhours scheduling team. Working 5am – 9am weekdays with casual weekend shifts available, this role will provide additional support to our growing team.
You will be responsible for triaging all inbound calls, speaking with both internal and external customers, receiving and entering client job bookings, assigning traffic controllers and assets to each of those bookings and processing any phone queries for operations outside of office hours.
On the job training will be provided to ensure the successful applicant is confident in our systems and escalation processes.
Duties
- Manage multiple inbound calls and call queues
- Enter and update data relating to personnel, shifts and job bookings
- Communicate with clients and employees on job changes and various job updates
- Follow the processes to ensure correct personnel and equipment are scheduled to the right jobs
- Ensure policies and procedures relating to client inductions, licencing, training and fatigue management are met
- Deliver positive, proactive and clear feedback to internal and external customers
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced service environment
- Ability to process multiple incoming phone calls
- Strong data entry skills
- Customer service experience
- Problem solving nature with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with internal and external customers
- Self-motivated with the ability to be proactive and solutions driven with tasks
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
- Experience in traffic management or a similar industry is highly regarded
