About the role:
As an Aftermarket Sales Consultantbased in Kloster Motor Group, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience. You will collaborate with the vehicle Sales Consultants to understand the customer needs and recommend suitable products to provide maximum benefits and longevity for their new vehicle.
Role responsibilities:
- Sale of products such as paint protection, window tint, dash cameras etc
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction KPI's
- Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries in the showroom
