Positions are located on the NSW South Coast, based in both the Eurobodalla and Nowra surrounds.
Remuneration will be determined based on skills and experience in accordance with the SCHADS Award (Level 3-4). Professional development opportunities and supervision will be provided.
We are seeking experienced persons to join our dynamic team supporting NDIS participants to build a good life and achieve their NDIS goals.
You will be working with NDIS participants and their families to develop the skills to enable each participant to live a rich, more inclusive and independent life.
You will be assisting participants and their families to identify the services they require, connecting them with relevant services, and ensuring those services are providing effective support.
Selection Criteria:
- We are looking for someone who is highly adaptable, creative, and possesses excellent communication skills.
- Your passion for empowering individuals with disabilities, to lead fulfilling and inclusive lives of their own choosing is essential.
- You have an understanding of what leading a ‘valued life’ for a person with a disability means.
- You’re self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with children and/or adults with disability, lived experienced with disability and/or a qualification in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in technology, excellent time management and strong administration skills.
- Reliable vehicle and ability to travel in the Eurobodalla or Nowra/Shoalhaven region.
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in disability (desirable).
