About the role?
Based at our Robina Dealership you will be applying your skills to connect and guide our guests on how to best protect their new investment. Your tasks include but are not limited to:
- Presenting guests with a range of car care products and services to enhance their vehicle purchase, articulating the features and benefits, and assisting in finding the best car care solution.
- Professional and seamless execution from the initial guest contact, through to delivery handover
- Presenting warranty documentation and providing any necessary post sales assistance
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
- Inspecting vehicles prior to handover to ensure quality control of application/installation of products
- Maintaining all relevant documentation and databases relating to Aftermarket/ Warranty Operations
- Adhering to set and best practice operating procedures, processes, data accuracy and integrity
- Meeting KPI accountability and other performance outcomes
- 5-day work week with 4:30pm finish time on Saturday’s (RDO: Weekday + Sunday)
What are we looking for?
- Experience within a sales or retail background is desired
- Goal oriented and driven to achieve targets and hit KPI’s
- Ability to quickly build rapport and foster relationships to contribute to the customer experience
- Ability to work autonomously and execute effective time management
- Highly organized with excellent communication, confident phone manner and negotiation skills
- A Team Player who contributes to a fun, positive working environment
- Valid Driver’s Licence
