Our client is a leader in their industry with over 100 years of reliable, safe and professional service. Although a global company, they operate from more than 40 branches across Australia and New Zealand, offering superior localised service in line with global best practice standards to meet client needs.
Due to growth, we’re currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Customer Care Consultant to join their team. In this role you will assist with managing the day to day requirements of their commercial client accounts to ensure customer advocacy, satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the expectations and provide a high level of customer support to clients by responding to queries and service related requirements.
- Conduct both inbound and outbound warm calls and convert sales opportunities
- Prompt escalation of any issues beyond scope and understanding of the role
- Proactively advise customers of issues affecting preventative or adhoc services
- Follow up on service recommendations and quotes
- Maintain regular customer contact cycles that meets both company and customer requirements
- Ensure that courteous and prompt service is provided to all customer inquiries.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience working in a fast paced and highly administrative customer service role or sales role
- Commitment to delivering a high level of support and customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously
- Time management skills
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- High level of organisation
- Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft packages in particular excel along with the ability to quickly adapt to new software
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- A positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment in order to meet relevant branch/team performance targets and KPI’s.
