We are currently looking for candidates with a strong understanding of numeracy, high attention to detail & good computer skills to assist with a Data Entry / finance project for our client in the novated leasing / salary packaging sector.
Description of Role
- Investigate customer enquiries
- Process claims for the vehicle expenses
- Assessing claim documentation (requesting additional if required)
- Assist customers with amendments to their accounts and assist with basic tax related enquires, calculations etc.
- Maintain and update records on customer accounts using multiple IT systems
- Proactively assess the health of customer accounts
- Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and employer policy requirements
Experience and Qualifications
- Problem solving skills
- Accurate Data Entry skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Strong understanding of numeracy / finance
- Ability to work independently and meet KPI's
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT capability
- Proven ability to adhere to schedule’s and rosters
