About the Role
Reporting to the National Aftersales Planning Manager, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting data for a range of purposes, to support the planning of Aftersales programs, campaigns and decision-making processes. You will measure performance against KPIs, analyse data to determine sales trends and inform decision making around pricing strategy, and make recommendations on what new data should be collected to benefit business opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyse and report on the results of Aftersales Programs and Campaigns against expectations
- Reporting and measurement of performance against KPIs
- Analyse pricing data from previous sales trends and competitors and report data to key stakeholders for decision making
- Develop measurement tools to identify changing market trends
- Provide support to internal stakeholders through ad-hoc Reporting and supporting team activities as required
Essential Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Business or similar, equivalent field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data, along with ability to work effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced-level Excel skill with proven experience in building, maintaining and modifying complex financial models
- Experience in utilising PowerBI for data visualisation and reporting
- Membership of either a professional accounting body, or willingness to work towards accreditation
