Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor of Nursing with AHPRA registration
- Must have prior experience as a care manager
- Experience coordinating care provision within a large team
- Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
- Ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations aligned with organisational values
- Plan and evaluate facility operations for quality care
- Implement strategic initiatives for continuous improvement
- Manage financial operations
- Ensure resident care aligns with Tailor-Made Service Model
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation reviews
- Provide leadership, management, and supervision
- Collaborate with support staff for facility direction and quality standards
