Form of workWe are looking for a warm and friendly casual Customer Service Officer for Doutta Galla Aged Services Harmony Village.
To be successful, you will bring enthusiasm for Customer Service and administration with a dedication to assisting others. Coupled with excellent organisational and time management skills, you will have exceptional attention to detail. You will be technology savvy, and experienced using various MS Office tools is a must.
The role involves:
Being the first point of contact for all Customer Service enquiries at Harmony Village including telephone, email, visitors, and contractors.
Prompt and courteous phone answering, accurate message taking and timely information transfer.
Efficiently and effectively performing administration tasks and supporting procurement activities.
- Assisting to replace of planned and unplanned staff leave, and completing administrative tasks related to rostering.
- Provide support to our Independent Living Units Coordinator by assisting with enquiries and showing taking prospective clients around our facilities.
