Attention Residential Aged Care Facility Managers!

We're looking for an Aged Care Hero so while a uniform is technically required, capes are highly encouraged (but entirely optional)

• We've partnered with a national, not-for-profit Aged Care provider
• Small facility located in the beautiful Perth Hills
• Salary up to $145k + S + SP

This isn't your average management gig. Picture yourself:

• Having light-hearted laughter sessions with the residents. (Because who doesn't love a good giggle?)
• Theming mealtimes around your favorite movies. (Think "Breakfast at Tiffany's" with actual diamantes on the toast, if that's your thing!)
• Leading a team that's as passionate about making a difference as you are (and hopefully, a little funnier).
• Making a difference within a company because any idea you have that improves the quality of life of each resident, my client wants to hear about it!

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Lead the Residential Aged Care & Seniors Living Units.
• Be an active leader, fostering a positive and safe culture while delivering exceptional care.
• Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Develop in-home services, working collaboratively with residents.
• Put your business acumen to good use, managing budgets and ensuring compliance.

To be successful, you'll need:

• Strong HR and people management skills, including experience in a residential Aged Care environment.
• Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills to connect with everyone from residents to stakeholders.
• A sharp business mind and a solid understanding of Aged Care standards and regulations.
• The ability to unite and lead a high-performing team.
• A genuine passion for person-centred care and a collaborative spirit.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
