Credentialed Pharmacist Solutions is also a PBS approved Section 90 community pharmacy.  On July 1 2024, we will embed 425 Credentialed Pharmacists in new and exciting roles throughout Australia’s care sector.  Our existing team of 60 experienced Aged Care consultant pharmacists will support the orientation, mentorship and ongoing support for our new team members.

Agree to join our team before June 1 to receive a $10,000 Medication Safety Champion Scholarship:
  • ACOP/MMR Credentialing with   the Pharmacy Care Academy (course fees + paid training = $5,575)
  • Credentialled Pharmacist Association of Australia membership (for 3 years = $825)
  • MediBUDDY® (3-year subscription $3,600).

Our pharmacists also benefit from being part of our pioneering journey, including:

  1. The pre-funding roll-out of embedded Aged Care Onsite Pharmacists at 40 facilities.  We now have 18-months experience with this service model.
  2. Being the only clinical pharmacist group that is privately funded by industry to deliver community medication management services.  We have been engaged by several large home care, disability care, and primary health clinics to deliver our clinical support.
  3. Having a team that operate as Credentialed Pharmacist Trainers and deliver Nationally Recognised Training via our own Registered Training Organisations.
  4. Being at the forefront of research and evidence-based practice to inform the Onsite Pharmacist Program and future expanding roles for Credentialed Pharmacists.

  7. Development and delivery of the Aged Care sector's leading cloud-based QUM, MMR and Aged Care pharmacist system, MediBUDDY®  
  8. Provision of the Aged Care sectors leading online training portal, the NCA Hub.
  9. Development and dissemination of the “must have” Aged Care BUDDY health and drug information resource.
  10. Our person-centred approach to medication reviews and sophisticated QUM systems and resources have resulted in antipsychotic use that is 26.9% lower and polypharmacy rates that are 19.8% lower than industry average.

Pharmacist Candidate Requirements:

  •  ACOP/MMR Pharmacist credentialed (as a requirement of client care providers, Pharmacy Care Academy will provide your training).
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to professionally interact with health care workers and elderly patients.
  • An ability/willingness to undertake new and varied tasks under a high degree of independence.
  • A passion to learn how to perform at a high level of clinical proficiency and undergo continual professional development.
  • Good computer and software system skills.
  • An ability to work within a high-performance team setting.
  • Professionally driven and motivated on the job
  • Highly approachable with the ability to exemplify a strong degree of empathy towards the client
  • Own vehicle and drivers license with a capacity to perform client visits across multiple sites within an established client catchment allocation.
  • Candidates who can support our commitment to our rural and remote clients and assist by being available for a quarterly rural clinical round will be given preference.
