Candidates must have experience and a good understanding with the sentencing process in relation to information assets including general disposal schedules (GDS).Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret disposal schedules accurately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Objective ERDMS (desirable)
- Sentencing, listing, and boxing on-site files
- Sentencing of boxes being returned from State Records
- Organize and reconcile consignment lists
- Undertake administrative processes of destructions and archiving of SAFA records
- Assist Senior Records Management Officer in naming conventions within Objective
- Aid in commencing the process to transfer physical files to electronic files
- Provide backup administrative assistance when necessary
- Demonstrated experience with the sentencing process of information assets
- Good understanding of general disposal schedules (GDS)
- Knowledge of sentencing procedures and records management practices
- Previous experience in records management or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
