AddressChester Hill Neighbourhood Centre are looking for a compassionate, experienced Support Worker to help us delivery high-quality and meaningful care to our Aged Care consumers.
Available shifts - Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:00pm
Your Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Provide services and support to older people in the community, including personal care, transportation, welfare checks, shopping, domestic assistance and social support
- Work alongside other care workers and support the care team to provide evidence-based, safe and high-quality care
- Monitor and report on care recipient progress and pass information onto management in a timely manner
About You:
- Relevant Qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support
- Triple Covid-19 Vaccinated
- Valid provisional or above Driver’s license and access to comprehensively insured vehicle
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Friendly, passionate and ready to learn and make a worthwhile difference!
