Warrigal Multicultural:
Our Multicultural Village is based in Warrawong, providing care and support for older people from culturally and linguistically (CALD) diverse backgrounds.
Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, our Warrawong Multicultural Village hosts both residential care beds and independent living units, a mixture of modern indoor and outdoor (garden-facing) rooms with beautiful garden views, residents can feel supported and connected to their friends and family while being taken care of in a friendly environment.

Casual General Service Team Members
This is an all-rounder role depending on the operational need of the home, you may be cleaning, kitchen hand or helping out in the laundry. Whichever shift you will be on you will be engaging with the residents and contributing to the high quality care that we provide.
• Hourly Rate: $25.67 + NFP Benefits + Super
Casual Leisure & Entertainment Team Members:
In your role you will provide and promote leisure activities that will engage resident participation. Bring your innovative and creative style to develop recreational activities that both stimulate and provide entertainment for all residents. You will build strong relationships with our residents through encouragement, activity engagement and communication.
• Casual pool option to work across multiple Warrigal homes around the Illawarra
• Hourly Rate: $31.26 + NFP Benefits + Super
Casual Catering Assistants:
If you enjoy providing a great dining experience for customers then this is the role for you. We are seeking casual team members who have hospitality experience and a strong knowledge of kitchen operations and safety. If you have Cook experience even better! This is highly desired however not essential.
• Hourly Rate: $25.67 + NFP Benefits + Super
If you can speak another language, Croatian, Spanish, Macedonian or similar, let us know as this is a highly desirable but not essential skill for this village and our residents.
