Support Network is currently seeking female Support Workers to assist a client located in the Midland, WA, area who requires assistance with activities of daily living, transport and social support.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• COVID-19 Digital Certificate
• ABN and Bank Details 
• Current Police Check
• NDIS Worker Orientation
• Own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
