About the Opportunity:
We're seeking a junior Agency Administrator to support to the Agency Team and other departments as required. Aiding across departments with the smooth running of Auctions and day-to-day business. This role will suit someone early in their career looking for on job training and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain records and files
- General ad hoc, reception and office duties as required
- Data entry
- Collating reports and portfolios
- Assist with online listings and prep for Auctions
