We will provide you with all the systems, tools, training and guidance you need to build a successful recruitment agency.A typical day as an Agency Manager for Frontline will include:
- Identify & develop new business opportunities
- Conduct sales calls both phone and face to face
- Attend offsite client visits
- Participate in our professional development training program
- Source and interview suitable candidates for vacant positions
- Facilitate the recruitment process (360-degree consultant)
- Collaborate with other agencies in the Frontline network
- Significant experience in 'boots on dirt' type B2B sales roles
- Recruitment industry experience highly desirable
- Ability to identify problems and develop solutions
- Adept at managing and tracking your activities in a database
- Ability to work under pressure and 'bounce back' from setbacks
- A natural people person who can influence effectively
- Exceptional time management, organisation, and presentation skills
