Finance Manager (2IC to Director)- Independent Advertising Agency

A leading Independent Advertising Agency is seeking a Finance Manager to join their finance team and commercially support their CEO & Senior Management Team.
  
Duties will include:

• Decision support to CEO and Senior Management team.
• Assisting your senior management team with rate cards and client pitches.
• Preparing the P&L and balancesheet.
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis/ commentaries.
• WIP/ JCR Meetings, Retainer Recs and time analysis.
• Accruals, prepayments, journal posting and revenue recognition.
• Cashflow and Fixed Assets Register maintenance.
• Compliance and audit work.

All applicants should hold a relevant accounting qualification and 3 - 10 years Accounting experience. A preference will be given to CA or CPA Qualified candidates. Candidates should be highly organised self starters who are seeking to develop their career in a high performing business. You should have exceptional communication skills and the ability to impart complex financial information onto non-finance professionals. Although not essential, a background in finance from the Marketing Services sectors would be highly beneficial.
