What you will be doing
The Diabetes & Endocrine Network Manager will manage, promote and implement strategic change management initiatives that will improve the level and quality of Diabetes & Endocrine service delivery in LHD/SHN Hospitals and community and primary health care settings across NSW.
The role will work collaboratively with Clinicians, LHD/SHN Managers, other ACI Clinical Networks, the Ministry of Health and other key partners to facilitate the contribution of key internal and external partners in the innovation of new programs, frameworks and Models of Care across the state.
This position will undertake comprehensive project management activities including project planning, stakeholder negotiation, and milestone reporting. The position will provide high level advice on the development and implementation of Diabetes & Endocrine service delivery improvement initiatives.

Employment Type: Full Time - Temporary for a period up to June 2025
Position Classification: Health Manager Level 4
Remuneration: $137,173 ? $163,431 per annum excluding Superannuation
Hours Per Week: 40 (38 standard + 2hrs toward ADO)

Selection Criteria / Questions
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant health management experience.
- Proven ability to manage and support multidisciplinary teams in a public sector environment.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of statewide projects, frameworks and/or initiatives.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the structure and processes of government and understanding of Australian and NSW Healthcare systems, particularly in relation to diabetes & endocrine care.
