A rare opportunity has come up for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team to support our top-selling agent with all their administration and day-to-days as well as overseeing the general duties of the entire office. Qualifications & experience
- Previous real estate experience in an administration/marketing role preferred
- Exceptional attention to details & strong admin skills are essential
- A team player with a 'can do' attitude & structured work ethic
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agent or Real Estate License required
- Knowledge of AgentBox/Property Tree highly advantageous
- Immaculate personal presentation & a professional demeanor is a must!
- Ability to work unsupervised and within a team
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Office package including Word, Excel & completing mail merges
- Excellent verbal, written & communication skills
- Own car preferred
Tasks & responsibilities
- Diary Management & booking of appraisals for lead sales agent
- Booking photo shoots, open homes & day to day appointments
- Preparing Agency Agreements & pre-list kits
- Preparing vendor reports
- Database management
- Preparing property marketing, including signboards, brochures, online & newsprint property presence
- General administration tasks & track all sales from commencement through to settlement
- Liaising with vendors, buyers & solicitors along with external suppliers
- Organising letterbox drops along with mail merges
