YOUR ROLE
We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an Agile Coach to join the Data Analytics, Insights & AI team. You’ll tailor Agile principles to elevate the ways of working of the Data Analytics, Insights, and AI professionals to deliver higher quality data products, faster and with greater transparency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote a psychologically safe, inclusive, accountable and high performance environment
- Present best practice experience and coach and mentor individuals at multiple maturity levels
- Be an advocate for change and provide capability uplift where needed.
- Create and provide frameworks and processes that embrace an agile delivery mindset
- Measure, Track and continuously improve on the delivery model and agile maturity of the team
You’ll promote collaboration, aligned planning, and greater clarity between data professionals and business stakeholders. This role will challenge you to adapt and implement Agile methodologies specifically tailored to the nuances and challenges of data analytics, insights and AI projects, ensuring that this brings out the best in the team’s workflow.
This is a permanent role open to candidates in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Adelaide.
ABOUT YOU
- We are looking for strong problem solver, who can navigate complex structures and can show the following:
- Proven track record of implementing Agile methodologies in teams, preferably in the domain of data products, analytics, insights or AI.
- Agile Delivery Experience as a scrum master or iteration manager
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, values and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Ability in finding areas of improvement, recommending solutions, and leading change initiatives.
- Qualifications in: Certified Agile Coach, SAFe Agilist with advanced degree in related field e.g., Business, Finance, IT, Data Science is a plus.
