My client is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to come onboard and assist with the automation and ensure delivery across the Technology operations and infrastructure teams.
The Agile Delivery Lead will optimize delivery and quality practices by working with their peers to determine the most appropriate framework and approach for the team/s they support.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Governance and Risk based projects.
- Previous experience working across multiple Agile 'fluid' projects. This includes SAFe, KANBAN, Scrum etc.
- Experience working across Automation and Data driven development projects.
- End to End project delivery experience.
- The ability to identify opportunities for improvement in delivery through looking at performance data.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Act as a leader that serves and coach for multiple Agile teams, guiding them in the adoption and adherence to agile principles and practices.
- Support Change Management practices through the coaching of teams to ensure change readiness is considered in delivery activities.
- Collaborate with other Agile Delivery Leads and Agile coaches to share best practices, lessons learned, and drive consistency across the organization.
- Ideally experienced in implementing metrics in a team environment with a high ‘run’ demand.
- Ideally experienced in coaching teams to size work based on relative estimation methodology.
- Ideally have a background or in-depth knowledge of software engineering, ITIL or Technology Operations.
