Key Responsibilities- Actively contribute to achieving the metals decarbonization target of Real Zero by 2030 by representing the site in executing decarb project scope
- Establish processes and procedures for procurement with identifying end of life on assets and tooling
- Deliver and provide updates to key internal stakeholders, being the conduit between site departments and centralised Decarb Delivery Team
- Champion the Energy Emissions program, working towards Real Zero
- Clear, effective and consistent communication to key site stakeholders on program updates, including timelines, risks, impacts
- Design, implement and execute a strategic approach focusing on removing fossil fuels
Qualifications and Experience- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of tools
- Trade or degree education background preferred
- Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in decarbonisation and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Developing Maintenance Initiatives
- Experience working with safety management systems
- Knowledge of Work health and Safety Act and Regulations
- Passion for sustainability and a green future.
