Job Description: As an Agile Delivery Manager at Atlas Digital Innovations, you will play a pivotal role in managing and facilitating agile project delivery. Your responsibilities include ensuring efficient and effective implementation of agile methodologies, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving continuous improvement in our project management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Project Management: Oversee and coordinate agile projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Team Facilitation: Lead and support cross-functional teams in an agile environment, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve agile practices, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Agile Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to team members on agile principles and practices.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.

Experience:

• Proven experience in agile project management and delivery.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience in leading and facilitating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital and technological project landscapes.
