A key purpose of this role is managing and operating the proprietary benchmarking process Bush AgriBusiness has developed to analyse, store and interrogate our growing pastoral business dataset.
Interpreting the results of the analysis and presenting to a wide range of users is a key part of the role.

PERFORMANCE COMPETENCIES
Essential
- Degree qualification in data management, accounting and finance, agribusiness, economics, science, or similar discipline, preferably accounting and agribusiness dual degree
- Demonstrated ability to effectively analyse, present and communicate business data
- Demonstrated proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and database management, preferably SQL databases and SSRS report builder
- High level of written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences
- Demonstrated understanding of extensive pastoral industry production systems and businesses
- A high level of personal and professional integrity, reflected in a professional manner and the ability to respect the confidentiality of information the role may provide access to
- High level organisational skills to coordinate multiple projects and meet conflicting deadlines, while delivering quality results
- Two years analyst or data management related employment experience in Australian Agriculture
