The Role: As a a licensed expert in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, you will play a pivotal role in our installation team expansion. Your primary responsibility involves managing installations onsite. Our primary work is in assisting homes in transitioning from gas ducted heating to electric heating and cooling. We install lots ducted electric heating and cooling systems as well as multi head and VRF systems.

Main brands we carry are:

• daikin
• Mitsubishi electric
• TCL 
• Metro Heating & Cooling (manufactured by Gree)
• smart user

Your daily responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• 90% of the work will be Installation for residential homes.
• 10% of the work will be maintenance, and repair of  systems for homes
• Expertise in relevant standards and regulations
• Dedication to safety, quality, and environmental sustainability
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of split system AC for homes and businesses (experience with VRF/VRV systems preferred)
• AC inspections and diagnostics, providing effective solutions and recommendations

Requirements:

• Have experience in carrying out installations of VRF, multihead and ducted systems. 
• Current ARC License
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Leadership skills to guide and develop the team.
• Physical stamina and adaptability to work in various environments and conditions.
