We require Part Time Customer Service Officer's for our Albury Airport Operation.
Job Summary:
This airport position is fast paced and focused on a safe team environment. Work hours are variable, which may include, early starts, late finishes, weekends and public holidays. Delay's are a common factor and may carry over scheduled shift times.
Working as a Customer Service Officer you will be the first contact for Aus Flight Handling and the Airline. You will be representing, greeting each passenger with a welcoming smile is important. You will check them in, issue a boarding pass, tag their bag, be it for business or pleasure and you will be there to guide them every step of the way. You will keep them well informed and make sure they are in the right place at the right time. You will need to follow all security, safety, Aus Flight Handling and airline specific policies and procedures.
Full training is provided to all successful applicants.
What we want from you:
- Fluent in spoken English
- Reliable, well presented, super-efficient.
- Computer skills
- Ability to work early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays.
- Current State Drivers Licence
- Physically fit. Ability to lift up to 32kg’s.
- Mandatory COVID vaccination required for employment in the Aviation Industry.
