About the Role
As an Allied Health Assistant, you will provide both clinical and non-clinical support, working with Allied Health Professionals such as Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to ensure all patients receive high quality care. This may include providing support across a range of tasks including hydrotherapy, gymnasium, cognition activities, group exercise activities and speech therapy.
About You
This role will suit an individual with experience in patient manual handling along with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role along with the ability to work effectively as part of a professional team.
You will also bring;

• Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent
• Currently completing an undergraduate Allied Health or health relevant university course will be highly regarded.
• Client-first attitude with a desire to assist our patients in obtaining the best possible outcomes for their health.

To be considered for this role you must be available to work weekend shifts.
