About the Role: These Part Time, Fixed Term positions within the Allied Health Clinical Education department will ensure the delivery of high quality interprofessional education and learning for Allied Health staff and students. You will work as an active part of the Allied Health Clinical Education Team to coordinate, develop and deliver education activities and maximise opportunities for Allied Health at RCH, and across the broader Melbourne Children's Campus. What You'll Achieve: Leadership and oversight of clinical education at RCH (including staff, interns and students), in collaboration with the Allied Health Clinical Education Lead, Allied Health Director and Allied Health HODs/Managers. Advocacy for Allied Health Clinical Education via actively contributing to a range of multi-disciplinary committees, working groups, communities of practice, programs, projects and initiatives across the Campus. Liaison with key external stakeholders to ensure RCH is abreast of industry trends with respect to clinical education, training, funding, student placements and workforce development. A culture of continuous improvement by evaluating the quality and outcomes of education programs, including their relationship to patient safety and patient care. Classification for this position will sit at the Grade 3 Level for an Allied Health Clinician, with base salary dependant on the Allied Health discipline and associated Enterprise Bargaining Agreement. Your Skills and Experience: An accredited qualification in an Allied Health Therapy or Science profession. Eligibility for professional registration with AHPRA (where required) or appropriate professional body (where applicable). Experience in providing clinical services as an Allied Health professional.
