Job description

Welcome to Bravo Allied Health!

Courage. Trust. Respect.

Bravo Allied Health is a mobile community allied health organisation supporting NDIS participants in their homes, schools, workplaces, and communities. Many of our participants are neurodivergent children, adolescents and young adults with dual diagnoses, complex home environments, behaviours of concern, and histories of trauma, which often require specialised and tailored clinical approaches.

Our therapists have helped with successful kinder and school transitions, employment, moving out of home, further diagnostic support, gender identity, and health.

We assist in creating supportive and proficient interdisciplinary care teams collaborating to provide effective, multidisciplinary approaches.

The Positions:

Bravo Allied Health seeks the following roles to join our team:

  • Occupational Therapist
  • Speech Language Pathologist

You will be challenged to think on your feet, work autonomously and as part of a team, develop trust and rapport with vulnerable individuals, and strive passionately alongside them.

We will provide the chance to develop a client cohort to complement your clinical strengths and interests. Supervision, mentoring, and personal development opportunities are readily available. Recently, our team have undergone further training in animal-assisted therapy, eating disorders, lego therapy, trauma, and neurodevelopment.

Bravo Allied Health offers:

  • Competitive remuneration.
  • Flexible workplace arrangements.
  • Ability to tailor your own case list.
  • Attainable KPIs.
  • Regular ongoing supervision and mentoring.
  • Regular team meetings/therapy planning.
  • Individual check-ins and support.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Courage to work autonomously and develop connections.
  • Trust for their instincts and ethics.
  • Respect for the individuals we assist and their communities.

Applicants should have:

  • Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology.
  • Relevant Industry Registration.
  • NDISWC.
  • WWC.
  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
  • Current Police Check.

Bravo's work culture is grounded in friendly, real-world outlooks; our participants value this authenticity. Our team meets for a fortnightly cooked breakfast and enjoys peer supervision and group learning opportunities.

We understand that achieving work/life balance requires flexibility, compassion, and cooperation, and our organisation takes pride in working alongside whatever challenges life may throw our way. Our team is encouraged to incorporate necessary appointments such as health care, pet care, vehicle maintenance, and supporting partners and family into their day; we understand this is important.

Bravo Allied Health is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from anyone meeting the above registration and educational requirements. Our team includes many neurodivergent individuals from various backgrounds and a mix of strengths and life experiences.
