  • Full time 12 month contract based in Moreton Bay, QLD 
  • $93k - $111k inclusive of Super + Salary Packaging (salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience) 
  • Flexible, friendly organisation, WFH 50% of the time!

About the role 

Embark on a thrilling journey with us! We're a community-driven force, pioneering the Early Childhood Approach alongside NDIS. Are you ready to join our team as a passionate and skilled Early Childhood Early Intervention Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Speech Pathologist?

Duties 

  • Perform functional assessments for young children and develop tailored intervention plans. 
  • Collaborate with families and trans-disciplinary teams to implement individualised goals. 
  • Provide direct Allied Health services in both one-on-one and group settings. 
  • Support families, educators, and professionals in creating inclusive environments and staying updated on best practices.

Skills and Experience 

  • Tertiary qualification in Allied Health such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Speeech Pathology 
  • Current AHPRA registration 
  • Experience working with young children with developmental delays preferred but not essential  
  • Openness to work in an innovative, dynamic and relationally informed early intervention model 
  • Knowledge of early childhood intervention principles and best practice 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  •  Proficient in navigating digital systems and utilising technology 
  • Current drivers' licence, willingness/ability to travel to clients (pool cars provided)
