Role Overview:
At Life Physio and Rehab, nothing is more important to us than a happy and cohesive team. We are committed to excellence and developing good healthcare for all. We are looking for a passionate receptionist whose goals and values align with ours.
As part of this role, key duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure every client has a positive and meaningful experience during every visit
- Provide administrative support to clinical staff
- Diary management
- Ensuring the clinic is kept well-presented and kept clean, tidy and safe
- Approximately 20hrs per week plus holiday/sick leave when needed.
- Permanent part time arrangement options possible.
About You:
The successful candidate will have:
- exceptional communication and time management skills
- be able to work well both independently and in a team
- a positive attitude
- administration or reception experience
- customer service experience essential
