Talk Play Grow is a well-established paediatric Allied Health practice that has two beautiful, newly renovated clinics in Castle Hill and North Rocks. We pride ourselves on working collaboratively to achieve our core purpose to help children communicate, connect and succeed.
We are looking an experienced Receptionist to work collaboratively with our team to ensure a smooth running clinic
ABOUT YOU
- Professional, friendly and confident
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent initiative and problem solving skills
- A high level of organisational and time management skills
- Ability to complete frontline and back end administration tasks
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and practice management software
- Knowlege of general book keeping (preferred but not essential)
- Flexible, dynamic and process driven approach to all aspects of the role
- Commitment to uphold company values and ethics
- Previous experience in Allied Health or medical services
- Availability to start working no later than 29th January 2024
- Current Working with Children Check (WWC) or willingness to obtain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reception duties - welcoming clients, answering phones, processing payments, scheduling appointments using practice management software and answering enquiries
- General administrative duties e.g. scanning, filing, typing letters, mail
- Keep the clinic well maintained, tidy and clean
Talk Play Grow Pty Ltd is a company that promotes learning and development for all staff. Intensive on the job training of guidelines and processes will be provided. This includes onsite and offsite training days and retreats. Ability to adapt and learn is essential.
