About the roleIt's an exciting time to join Senex with the recent announcement that we plan to invest more than A$1 billion in a major expansion of our Atlas and Roma North natural gas assets.We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Team Administrator to join us in Brisbane to support our General Counsel (GC), Executive
People & Culture (P&C) and their leadership teams where you will be mastermind behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Calendar and meeting management.
- Processing of invoices from suppliers to these business units and keeping reports on WIP.
- Collating input from the business for the Legal and CoSec board report.
- Prepare outgoing correspondence, communications, and presentations.
- Oversee the coordination of travel arrangements for the GC, P&C Executive and their teams.
- Provide financial administration support including raising purchase orders, goods receipting and ensuring that costs are controlled where required.
- Arranging meetings and team functions.
- Assist with projects, such as updating procedures or other continuous improvement activities.
Some site travel to the Surat Basin may be required for this role.
About YouYou are an enthusiastic individual who understands the importance of confidentiality and are someone who develops and maintains strong working relationships naturally while being a key member of the team in a growing organisation.We're looking for someone with a sharp wit and a knack for navigating complex situations with ease. Whether it's drafting a concise letter or handling sensitive information with discretion, your professionalism and charm will be invaluable.You will come with intermediate to advance skills in the Microsoft Suite and will also have had exposure to working with SharePoint and other document management systems.
