We are looking for a passionate Admin/Reception team member to assist in helping our awesome team provide amazing client experiences and get people moving well and feeling great!

This admin/reception position is available at both our Hope Island and Mudgeeraba health clinics for 10-15 hours/week (plus more with covering team) and this opportunity does not come around very often.

A casual reception position (approx 10-15 hours) is available at our Physiotherapy clinics in Mudgeeraba & Hope Island, on the sunny Gold Coast.
Your role will focus on providing excellent reception services for our wonderful clients.
The successful applicant will be employed in a role that involves engaging with clients and ensuring their visit is first class. This includes encouraging clients to enjoy coffee, herbal tea and attending to their needs. You’ll be responsible for assisting the practice manager, and taking over reception duties as required, which may sometimes be at short notice.
You will also be responsible for demonstrating our values and culture on a daily basis with clients and other team members, working closely with the team to ensure a happy, cohesive work environment.

- You are well educated and a quick learner. You have great computer skills and are willing to learn our internal systems.
- You can follow directions and you are happy to receive constructive feedback
- You can effectively prioritise your time
- You are happy to put yourself out there and call new clients and past clients to book them in
- You are competent in daily reception duties and able to learn new things quickly.
- You are proficient with the use of the English language and have great communication skills both online and in-person.

The successful applicant will need to be available most weekdays to either start early (7:30am) or finish late (6pm) and some Saturdays.
