About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team at Western Region Health, one of Australia’s largest Allied Health clinics. This position will be based across our Melton and Bacchus Marsh locations.
Client Experience and Reception:
- Hours: 18-24 hours per week with potential for career advancement.
- Start Date: Immediate start preferred.
- Schedule: At least one evening per week required.
- Compensation: Negotiable based on experience.
- Future Opportunities: Full-time position available starting April 2025.
- Transition: This role will replace a valued, long-term team member who is relocating.
Our clinic operates Monday to Saturday, with evening and Saturday availability essential (clinic hours extend to 8pm on weekdays and 1pm on Saturdays).
Location: Western Suburbs, Melbourne – Positions available at both Melton and Bacchus Marsh locations.

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience: 5+ years working in an Allied Health private practice or medical clinic.
- Administration Skills: 5+ years in administration and reception.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MYOB, XERO, Microsoft Office, and patient management software.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service and professional phone manner.
- Skills: Strong cash handling, organizational skills, and data entry accuracy.
- Communication: Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and prioritize tasks.
- Team Spirit: Enthusiasm for joining a fun, caring, and supportive workplace.
