AddressAs a Senior DBA, you will be responsible for managing and optimising performance, security, and reliability of the organization's database systems, including design, configuration, tuning, backup, recovery, and capacity planning.
Only candidates with existing Baseline Clearance can be considered for this role. NV1 clearance would be highly regarded.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and optimize performance, security, and reliability of organization's database systems, including design, configuration, tuning, backup, recovery, and capacity planning.
- Implement database security policies, access controls, and auditing mechanisms to safeguard data integrity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Configure high availability and disaster recovery solutions, perform upgrades and patching activities, and troubleshoot database-related incidents to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
To be successful you will need:
- 3+ years of experience across DB2, Oracle or MS SQL Administration.
- Previous work in the federal government on a major program of work would be highly regarded.
- Active Baseline security clearance.
