ABOUT THE ROLE…You will be working within the Finance team to receive and allocate funds as needed, liaising with buyers and suppliers to provide exceptional support. You'll love this role if you enjoy making customers smile and working in a fast-paced environment whilst being generously rewarded for doing so.  
  
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES…
  • Timely and accurate receipting of all invoice payments vehicles on all operating systems and products, against the corresponding invoice, to ensure the ledger always reflects an accurate record of the outstanding debtor’s position
  • Provide superior service aligned with the client’s needs and the organisation’s business objectives
  • Administration and reporting tasks as required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…
You are invested in helping our customers achieve the best outcome, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure they're taken care of. You are warm and supportive, while maintaining our reputation of accuracy, credibility and respect. You have had general office experience with an emphasis on data capture and working with tight deadlines. Prior exposure to the fleet management industry and debtor subsidiary ledger systems.
